Workshop Topic: PV Design & Installation

Objectives of the PV workshop
This workshop, PV (Photovoltaic) Design and Installation, is aimed to assist participants understand the concept of Renewable Energy Technology (RET) and mainstream Renewable Energy (RE) business development, especially Solar PV as an alternative to electricity power generation in urban and peri-urban households, identification of its business opportunities and also the basic installation techniques of PV-equipment through practical demonstrations and scenario simulations.

Day 5

First and Second Session- for Technicians and Craftsmen and interested Engineers and Management Personnel
Hands-on installation of PV Systems. - Dr Olorunfemi and Engr Awoyele Stephen.
Participants should wear work-clothes, bring water, hats, sunscreen, etc… and be prepared to work outside. Safety will be our number one concern! We will work in teams and go over each aspect of the installation.

End of day 5: Group photograph and Participants receive Certificates
